Recruitment to create the future, flap your wings to help update the plan

Organised by the Greater Bay Area Youth Development Association, the Wings to Tomorrow Renewal event aims to enable prisoners, especially the relatively young group, to adapt to the various aspects of job hunting, such as application, interview, mentality adjustment and industry/company sharing, when they are released from prison after serving their sentences. At the same time, we hope to make the business community and the general public more aware of the reality of helping rehabilitated people, allocate resources to assist rehabilitation matters, demonstrate acceptance and tolerance, lead the way forward, enable their strengths to be put to good use, and create an environment in society that is more accepting and respectful of rehabilitated people.
