"Youth Policy I Have a Say" Unit 2: Workshop on the Constitution and the Basic Law

As one of the unit activities under the "Youth Policy I SAY Plan". The purpose is to deepen the local youth’s understanding of the laws governing Hong Kong’s social, political and economic development and the content of the national development plan, strengthen their knowledge of the Constitution, the Basic Law and “one country, two systems”, and understand the differences between the two places in politics, law, public administration and management, as well as the future development prospects of the Greater Bay Area. Since the Basic Law reflects the will and fundamental interests of the people of the whole country, including Hong Kong residents, it is a powerful tool for mobilizing and organizing Hong Kong citizens to build their homeland. Therefore, learning the Basic Law can help young people understand the nature of Hong Kong society and further understand the superiority of Hong Kong under the "one country, two systems" arrangement.
